The Legal & Commercial Challenge: As Generative AI becomes the primary tool for content production, a new legal battlefield has emerged: The Ownership of AI-Generated Intellectual Property. London International College (LIC), in collaboration with international legal experts, has launched the “IP Protection Initiative.” This program addresses the critical questions of who owns the rights to AI-synthesized videos, images, and copy, and how brands can protect their unique “Digital Voice” in an era of mass replication.
The Strategic Narrative: “In the age of AI, your brand’s unique identity is its most valuable IP,” explains the LIC Legal Faculty. Our initiative provides corporate leaders with a comprehensive roadmap for “IP Safeguarding.” This includes the use of digital watermarking, blockchain-based registration of brand assets, and the development of ethical AI usage policies that ensure compliance with both British and Middle Eastern legal standards.
What We Teach:
- AI Copyright Law: Navigating the current legal ambiguity of AI-generated content in different international jurisdictions.
- Brand Integrity Protection: Strategies for preventing “Deepfake” attacks and digital impersonation of corporate leaders.
- Sustainable IP Management: Building a library of protected brand assets that utilize AI without sacrificing legal ownership or commercial exclusivity.
